The Morning Moon
Awaiting the awaking of the daystar on the other end
The night keeps its radiance still glowing through the morn
It stands still over the horizon, over the expanse of sky and sea
Gently, quietly, beaming in fullest vigor
Your night may be long, but nights do end
Your moon keeps the watch through the night
And still remains when the dawn begins.
Poem(c) Domenic Marbaniang, January 2010.
